Terms and conditions
Payment must be made in full when placing an order.
I will aim to post all items within two working days. A certificate of posting will always be obtained and all claims for non receipt cannot be actioned until 15 days after the due date, this is what is laid down by Royal Mail.
Items are sent Second class recorded delivery, first class is available upon contact.
Payment is a flat rate per order.
Contract is formed on all orders, on dispatch.
Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel any order, if the item has already been despatched please refuse the item and it will be sent back to me, I will then refund on receipt of items. Once delivered, any returns will be at your own expense, unless found to be faulty.
Refunds for all returns will be refunded once they have been examined. Confirmation will then be sent, items that are not found to be faulty will be refunded on original purchase price and delivery postage only. Returns must be within 14 days of delivery with prior notification.
You now have 30 days to send back for a full refund. Return postage will only be refunded on return and examination of the faulty item. I do not offer any pre-paid labels.
